 But in case you don't, Please Mom gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise in it's original packaging.

OUR POLICY
  • Items are eligible for a refund if returned within 5 calendar days from the day you received your order. 
  • If the return arrives at our fulfillment warehouse after 5 calendar days and before 9 calendar days, you will be eligible for a credit (which expires in 1 year).
  • Any orders returned after 9 days, will not be eligible for a refund or credit.
  • Customer is responsible for the return shipping fee, which will be deducted from the refund.
  • If your order qualified for free shipping ($99.99+) and the returned item value is below $99.99, the initial shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
  • A restocking fee of $3.50 per item will be deducted from the refund.

  • Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.
  • Refunds can take up to 5 days to process.
  • There are no refunds on discounted items.
  • Pre-orders are not eligible for return
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages
  • Pre-orders cannot be canceled
